About Jamie Espinosa, APRN
Jamie was born in Minnesota and grew up knowing she wanted to help people by entering the medical field. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 2004 at Texas A&M University and Associate Degree in Nursing in 2007 at Blinn College in Bryan, Texas. To further her medical career, she attended Western Governors University in 2010 and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2013, at the University of Arizona, she received her Master of Science in Nursing.
From 2008 to 2013 Jamie worked as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Texas and Florida, completing her Nurse Practitioner clinical rotations simultaneously. Her career path to pain management began in 2014 when she began working as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Davenport, Florida at Right Path Pain and Spine Center. In 2016 she continued pain management care at Spine Centers of America as an APRN. She then began working with Gateway Spine and Joint in St. Louis, Missouri in 2017. She moved to Kansas City in 2019 to aid in the opening of two new offices for Gateway Spine and Joint. There she was able to provide residents with pain management care and injections as well as function as the Practice Manager.
In 2021 Jamie moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to lead ALB Pain Management & Spine Care as the Clinical Director, overseeing all the patient care and clinical responsibility of the office. She strives to offer patients hope when they are dealing with pain disorders and symptoms. As a fresh New Mexico resident, she appreciates the beauty of the state and its mountains. Jamie enjoys traveling with her husband to comic conventions and is a James Bond fanatic. Jamie is also a firearm enthusiast and enjoys going to the range to practice her marksmanship.
